Roy, a submissive weak man living within a totalitarian state where everyone is carefully monitored, suddenly becomes engulfed in a deadly plot as he becomes a hostage of a madman determined to overthrow the government. However, things don’t turn out as he always believed them to be, revealing that the ruling are on the brink of an inside mutiny.
